Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Customer Engineer (Pre-Sales) shall provide technical support in the Pre-sales process of Corporate Sales in the feasibility of accounts or projects related to the requirement of the client. He/she shall provide end to end project management being responsible for project viability and cost effectiveness of solutions, initiating and coordinating with corporate sales in all aspects of the project activities before implementation and ensure that all plans and policies are executed accordingly.
- Calls or visits prospective clients and assist Corporate Sales in identifying/validating technical information prior to submission of required proposals.
- Coordinates with the building admin and assure all in-building requirements are met.
- Coordinates with contractors/partners for the scheduling of all related surveys and feasibility study.
- Consolidate and prepares Design plans, Bill of Materials and Scope of Works and submit the same to Sales and the building admin for approval.
- Prepares material forecast based on sales projection and process SAPMR and SAPSR request.
- Prepares AMR based on Capex I/O presented by Sales.
- Consolidate all document requirement i.e Design, BOM, SOW AMR, SO and endorse to Service Delivery Team and or PDI Team.
- Conducts pre-construction activities together with PDI team, Service Delivery Team and contractor.
- Assist Service Delivery team on the implementation related requirement.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College degree holder preferably ECE, EE or IT related courses
- Experience in Site Acquisition, Building Management and Project Management
- Knowledge in Autocad, MS Visio and MS Office Application
- Must be flexible, has ability to identify and solve problems with effective solutions
- Ability to is effectively communicate with clients and partners
