Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Investigates and evaluates the credibility of the applicant by:
- Conduting expert credit investigation and evaluation through 100% field checking
- Diligently and properly completing the Credit Investigation and Evaluation Report
- Making sure that the loan endorsement to the Credit Approver is based on the set criteria of the company
- Ensuring that the applicant meets all credit conditions and requirements set by the company
- Preparing Cash Flow Analysis for self-employed applicants
- Monitors the Collection Efficiency of his/her verified accounts
- Conducts background investigation and evaluation of new employees
- Accomplishes and submits the following reports:
- Daily Itinerary Report
- Credit Application Analylsis Report
- Complies with the set rules and regulations of the company
- Willingness to trravel or be assigned to different areas from time to time where his/her expertise will be required
- Flexibility to do and complete any other task as may be assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any four-year college course, preferably business courses
- Knows how to ride a motorcycle
- No adverse record, whether proven or not, involving corruption, bribery, dishonesty or misappropriation of funds in any organization or office
- With at least four years of relevant experience in Collections or related field
- Passed the Online Credit Investigation Exam
- Must be a team player and dedicated to improving the esprit de corps anchored on the principle of mutual respect
- With superb communication skills in English, Tagalog, and his/her local dialect
