Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares Credit Investigation and Evaluation Report in agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) by:
- Conducting face-to-face interview with loan applicant
- Conducting business and/or employment verification
- Conducting Trade and reference verification
- Prepares Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR) by:
- Conducting actual inspection of unit
- Conducting verification of Fair Market
- Ensures that no account will fall under non-starter
- Ensures that Delinquency Target and/or Collection Efficiency are met by assisting Branch Manager on Collection of severely past due accounts
- Ensures timely submission of Competitors Analysis Report focusing on business process of competitors especially investigation and documentation processes
- Ensures that good business relations with Dealers are maintained
- Develops contacts within the area of assignment; e.g. banks, government employees(LTO and Registry of Deeds, PNP-HPG) respected businessmen, fellow credit investigators
- Maintains good professional relationship with co-employees, customers and clients
- Assist Branch Manager in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the Branch KRI
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With pleasing personality
- College graduate; preferably with technical courses related to Credit Investigation or any equivalent degree related to administrative practices will be highly advantageous
- Know how to drive a motorcycle or four-wheeled vehicle with valid driver’s license.
- Familiar to the area of assigned.
- Possess Good Communication Skills (oral and written)
- Analytical, has attention to details, acts quickly, sense of urgency, able to meet deadlines
- Has the following traits: honesty, sincerity, trustworthiness, truthfulness and integrity
- Tactful, respectful, courteous and polite in dealing with clients, dealers, and agents
- Basic knowledge of computers
