Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identifies target market and prospects.
- Submits legit application and authenticates documents submitted by teachers.
- Ensures that sales target budget are met.
- Processes loan applications in the absence of the loan processor.
- Entertains clients and assists them in their queries and loan application.
- Assists branch manager in developing business relationship with DepEd personnel such as principals and disbursing officers.
- Visits schools and does marketing activities to promote our company.
- Monitors and coordinates with outside units with regards to generation of revenue.
- Compiles and records the revenue statement and reconciles the balance with branch.
- Inspects asset on receipt of scrap report and makes necessary entry in the books.
- Calculates depreciation at the end of each month as per the rates prescribed by the statute.
- Carries out annual physical verification of fixed assets with reference to the fixed asset register.
- Prepares physical verification report and submit to the management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of a 4-year course;
- 6-months to 1-year work experience in a related field;
