Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The Collection Officer is expected to excellently perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Collect payments from customers.
- Proper issuance of probationary receipt
- Proper issuance of MPOR for pulled out unit
- Efficient Account Monitoring:
- Follow-up on delinquent accounts
- Negotiate on delinquent accounts
- Timely and properly pullout of MC units
- Daily remittance of Collection
- Abide with the set rules and regulation of the company
- Accomplish or submit the following reports:
- Daily Itinerary Report
- Collection Report
- Pre due Report
- Update forms
- Action Forms
- Repo/Depo Report
- NR Report
- Willing to travel or be assigned on different.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any four year college course, preferably business courses.
- Knows how to drive a motorcycle.
- No adverse record, whether proven or not, involving corruption, bribery, disshonesty or misappropriation of funds in any organization or office;
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience in Collections or related field.
- Must be a team player and dedicated to improving the esprit de corps anchored on the principle of mutual respect.
- With superb communication skill.
