Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyzes sales performance on a regular basis and provides management the needed reports
- Advises on all elements of the marketing mix including products and services, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling and distribution channels
- Organizes, implements, evaluates, controls and leads spare parts activities of spare parts personnel, motivating them to analyze and seize opportunities in their respective branch
- Coordinates all functions, naming sales, stock control and warehousing
- Works closely with parts personnel to resolve major or complex sales spare parts as well as daily concerns and activities protect current business and to achieve its goals
- Ensures that balance stock inventory level is at the right time according to branch needs, post sales, records and expected future volume
- Leads and oversees analysis of marketing opportunities, development of strategies and implementation
- Liaises with suppliers and customers (internal and external) to ensure the organization is well informed on changing market conditions and trends
- Ensures cleanliness of the area
- Abides with the set of safety rules and regulations of the company
- Performs any other tasks as may be required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
