Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Drafts legal documents, both for corporate and litigation purposes, as may be required by the Corporate Legal and/or Senior Paralegals;
- Attends hearings with the Corporate Legal, or Senior Paralegals, or external counsels, upon instructions of the Corporate Legal;
- Conducts legal and factual research to address legal and factual issues concerning or affecting all aspects of operations of SCGC;
- Drafts routine correspondences;
- Builds and maintains database and files;
- Organizes and tracks case files and other legal and corporate documents;
- Acknowledges and addresses simple legal concerns of any business unit;
- Accomplishes other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Corporate Legal and/or the Senior Paralegals.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least Second Year Student or a graduate from a reputable Law School.
- Over 1 year work experience as paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in a law firm.
- Possesses basic knowledge of legal principles and practices; with good legal research skill and techniquest;
- Above-average oral, interpersonal and writing skills, meticulous, willing to travel, familiar with legal documents and result-oriented.
