Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitors merchandisers per branch for all clients to ensure deliveries are well received and are added to system inventory.
- Ensure availability of stocks in all clients.
- Coordinates with supplier for inventory replenishment
- Monitors merchandisers for sales output
- Conducts store and customer visits to ensure quality of service at the highest level by the distributor
- Acquisition of new accounts by searching prospective clients
- Presents proposals for institutional accounts
- Monitors and ensures smooth deliveries to client
- Efficient collections are performed within the area of responsibility and that credit policies and collection standards are implemented and followed religiously
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business or communication related course.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field and level
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills
- Good people and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Has good knowledge about marketing strategies
- Team leader, good problem-solving skills, self-motivated and results-driven, excellent relationship management skills, innovative, organized
