Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Act as the manager for the service desk team and IT service engineer team. Objective is to ensure that the day to day operation is smooth. Proactively handles all issues and compliance raised by the users of the SiyCha group of companies, and ensure customer value is to meet to the standards set forth by the company through SLA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk Team and evaluates performance based on established SLAs.
- Manage and handle exemptions thru escalation, consultation and monitoring until closure
- Establish and document Service and Operational Level Agreements between customers, IT and vendors
- Evaluate and recommend tools required by the team to maintain optimum performance level
- Evaluate team capabilities, training requirements and performance evaluation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With at least 5 years experience as a Service Desk Manager or related field
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment and strong leadership
- Must be proactive and customer service oriented
- Good oral and written communication skills
- ITIL Certification
- Service Desk Certification (SDA) is a plus
