As a Technical Support Associate, you will assist customers with concerns regarding their accounts. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs over the phone.
- Can provide answers to client’s inquiries by identifying problems through probing and proper tools utilization.
- Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements
- Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities and demonstrating a willingness to learn
- Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Customer Service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Completed at least 2nd – year in college
- High School graduates with at least 6 months to 1-year call center experience
- No Call Center Experience Required
