Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Respond to social media and mail inquiries
- Sell products and services
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting corrections or adjusments, and following up to ensure solutions
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Engage customers in our products
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Work with customer support officer to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Contribute to team discussions by accomplishing tasks and pointing out recurring problems that are e-commerce related
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Genuine interest in / knowledge of sustainability and the environment
- Takes Initiative
- Willing to help in other aspects of the business
- Proficiency in MS Office and other related software
