- Handles client's concern
- Assists new clients for importation, end to end process.
- Drafts email, spiel, responses to queries, complaints and requests for assistance.
- Monitors clients shipment, billing verification and collection.
- Handles daily pabayad transaction
- Performs clerical works.
- Sends proof of payment to finance for verification
- Edits module and inputs date of importation
- Monitors contracts, responds in email and chat queries.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by superior.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledgeable in E-commerce principles and Product Data Management
- Has Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
- Has Excellent organisational skill
- Comfortable with MS Excel and Google Sheets
