Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor and manage the end-to-end operations of Aktive Live, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services, including Aktive Studios and Aktive Box.
- Monitor and handle returns and refunds requests through Seller Centers, ensuring timely and customer-focused resolution.
- Track and manage seller's affiliate sample requests, facilitating the process and ensuring that dropshippers have the materials they need for marketing and promotion.
- Send email announcements to sellers on various occasions, keeping them informed and engaged with Aktive Live services, events, and updates.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to efficiently manage Aktive Live operations and communications.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and sellers.
- Adaptability to a dynamic e-commerce environment.
- Customer-focused mindset to ensure sellers receive excellent support and service.
