Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide general administrative support, including responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with dropshippers, mentors, and other internal teams.
- Assist with team tasks such as store creation (upload and delist products, sync stocks), system integration, store turnover, onboarding invites, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient administrative procedures.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
