- Direct reporting to the Seller Success Supervisor.
- Engage with sellers through chat, calls, and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with sellers, understanding their unique requirements and providing personalized support.
- Take ownership of sellers' issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
- Proactively reach out to existing sellers for updates, feedback, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes in chat and messaging support. Develop and implement enhancements to improve response times, streamline operations, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
