Procurement Associate

We are looking for a Procurement Associate who will handle sourcing and planning to grow our mobile refill business. Since we are an early-stage start-up you will also be required to work on other tasks that may arise. You will be working directly with the Head of Operations and the founder in a small team and a fast-paced environment.

Role:

• Collaborate effectively across teams on agreed timelines and deliverables;
• Coordinate with sales team regarding forecast (S&OP reports);
• Create demand forecast;
• PO creation and invoicing follow up;
• Create Supply resiliency by searching alternative suppliers.

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in operations;
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Industrial, Computer Science/engineering preferred);
• Understanding of statistical and AI for forecasting;
• Excellent Bahasa and English;
• Demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties;
• Ability to self-manage without daily micromanagement;
• A passion for social and environmental impact.
