Engineering Manager

Role: We are looking for an Engineering Manager to be part of our Engineering team. You will be our Head of Engineering's co-pilot in innovating technology-driven solutions to ensure our customers have a seamless consumer experience. At the same time, you will also be coding to create a powerful impact for the environment.

• Developing our REST API which acts as backend for our Mobile App
• Maintaining and optimising our technology stack and source code according to the agreed practice and standard
• Collaborate and working closely with our mobile engineers, other backend engineers and product manager
• Proactively looking for solutions to cater requirements from customers and other teams

• Since we are an early stage startup, you will also have a chance to get your hands dirty by getting involved in other functions within tech, product, and data

• Minimum 3 years of experience with NodeJS especially Typescript
• Expert in relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL
• Understanding of non-relational database such as MongoDB, cache and message broker such as Redis
• Have some experience developing automated tests ideally in TDD
• Ability to manage source code in Git and implement proper GitFlow
• Understand and able to implement basic CI/CD to AWS/GCP
• Experienced leading a small team within a Scrum / Agile environment
• Have worked with projects as a full stack developer
• Experience in Clean Architecture would be great
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Passionate in creating a social impact and igniting a legacy towards a better environment
