What Do We Do?

• Sierra Madre actively invests in, and engages with, companies in the Philippines to help them deliver significant change in their trajectory through strategy development, operational improvement and enhanced governance and sustainability practices.

Your Role

• Work within small teams to identify, assess, and process investments in private companies in the Philippines. Following investment, engage at Board level with portfolio management teams to help them deliver on ambitious business plans.
