Employee Management related tasks
- Responsible for making sure that all stores under his or her leadership are staffed correctly at all times.
- To effectively lead, manage, train and develop retail staff to agreed procedures and standards.
- To give support to staff to develop their skills in the role and to achieve growth in sales.
- Provide employee operations manuals to store staff and help to provide employee training when necessary.
- Accurately estimate the needs of each store location and work with the store's management to solve conflicts. Make sure that scheduling needs are met and assist in improving employee performance and retention. This involves periodic site visits to check employee performance and gauge customer satisfaction.
- To ensure the employee appraisals are completed an appropriate and timely manner.
- To promote a customer care approach within the retail business, investigating complaints or issues of poor customer service, both timely and efficiently.
Inventory Analysis related tasks
- Control costs.
- Forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for each location.
- Responsible for the periodic inventory analysis for each store and using that analysis coupled with sales figures to determine the optimal stock levels.
- Analyze and determine how much of each product or brand should be ordered for each store, when it should be delivered and encourages ordering protocols to optimize store stock to build sales figures without overstocking.
Visual Merchandising related tasks
- Assist in all store set up aesthetically for customers in coordination with Visuals.
- Determine a layout of store merchandise that is visually appealing to consumers.
- Instruct the store's management and employees on how to maintain the design with the arrival of new merchandise.
- Responsible in teaching the store's employees how to optimize space for special events, such as in-store discount sales.
Cost Management related tasks
- Constantly review store sales numbers and operational expenses of Boutiques and Kiosks.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent in a reputable college and/or university with good scholastic record.
- A proven track record in retail management with 5 to 10 years experience in the same capacity.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Experience of managing multi-site/store operations.
- Proven leadership, creating a sales culture and driving sales.
- Demonstrable experience of managing teams, including performance management and career development.
- Experience of budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience of translating vision/broad strategies into specific targets and tasks.
- Confident decision maker.
- Motivated, self aware and uses initiative.
- Effective Communicator, both oral and written (English and Tagalog). Must be great sales people and will speak with authority.
- Excellent time manager and ability to prioritize.
- Must also be great at multitasking and organizing the various aspects of a retail outlet.
- Constantly seeks to improve own performance.
- Computer literate, Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- With excellent attention to detail
