- Will ensure that the company complies with all the applicable FDA Philippines' regulations on licenses, technical documents and product registrations.
- In charge of all legal and regulatory requirements of FDA Philippines and other government agencies.
- Handle FDA Philippines related matters such as proper compliance with standard regulation on licenses, technical documents and product registration.
- Keep abreast with updates on regulatory guidelines and new implementing administrative circulars issued by the FDA.
- Prepare documents for regulatory purposes and FDA Philippines concerns such as LTO initial application, renewal, amendment and compliance.
- Represent the company to FDA Philippines inspection and comply with corresponding requirements.
- Ensure that the company's products comply with the regulations set by the FDA.
- Prepare process and review technical documents needed for product registration and implementing administrative circular issued by FDA.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a LICENSED Pharmacist;
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in obtaining and maintaining FDA Philippines licenses, marketing and legal compliances;
- Knowledgeable with cosmetics and beauty, a plus;
- Communication Skills - Effective Communicator, both oral and written (English and Tagalog).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented;
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City;
- Willing to travel and do fieldworks.
