Job Description Rich

  • Immediate start.
  • Degree in accountancy
  • Recently graduated within last 2x years. Junior not a veteran.
  • Start work from 7am (MT)
  • Experienced with MYOB
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • MS office skills. Strong in MS Excel
  • Able to follow instructional videos. Training will be given by videos – NOT one on one.
  • Strong in English – Verbal and Written.
  • Personal time management
  • Able to work alone for a week at a time
  • Need to be naturally curious and intelligent.
  • Email management
  • The candidate will monitor our Sales mailbox.
  • Emails will be forwarded to the relevant inhouse person
  • The candidate sends the quotes to customers – as a single point of contact. Our estimating send prepared quotes or questions to send.
  • Manage outgoing and incoming emails and attachments into project folders
  • Email contractual information (
  • Prepare contractual info to send to client
  • Update and manage inhouse Quote board
  • Done in Excel
  • Print to PDF and distributed to inhouse staff
  • Data entry – entering KPI’s on quote board
  • Preparing sales KPI reports
  • Excel Data from Timesheets
  • Bookkeeping
  • Assist in Accounts payable
  • Entering in Purchases
  • Generate a Purchase Order
  • Assist in Accounts receivable
  • Generate a Tax Invoice
  • Check Banking and process into MYOB
  • Reconcile bank accounts in MYOB
  • Payroll
  • Generate reports for tax compliance
  • Stocktakes
  • MYOB Journals
  • Document management.
  • We scan documents to a location.
  • Rename scanned documents to something usable
  • File and Manage electronic documents
  • Assist in completing a daily time clock machine
  • Data updated into Microsoft Access
  • Small degree of PA work
  • Other general tasks from time to time

Kualifikasi Minimum

Initially, they will be cover for other staff in they are on leave. Once the person is what we want and proficient, they will be promoted.
We are more after attitude than ability. They need to have a good memory, curious, and take instructions from videos.
