Shopee Indonesia is in the midst of setting up a new Technology Hub in Jakarta and if you are an experienced Technical Recruiter or Headhunter with around 4 years of experience in headhunting and sourcing Developers, UI/UX Designers and Product Managers within the Tech industry, here’s an exciting opportunity for you to play a key role in growing our full-fledged Technology team in Shopee!
Job Description:
- Lead and run recruitment process involving active headhunting, market mapping, sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals within the Developer, UI/UX Designer and Product Management space
- Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
- Create, build, and maintain network of potential passive Tech candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
- Support and participate in the implementation of regional recruitment initiatives
- Develop and manage external communication and company branding initiatives
- Formulate and implement other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by the Management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree from a well-recognized university
- Around 4 years of experience recruiting and headhunting Developers, UI/UX Designers and Product Managers within the Tech industry
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced Tech start-up highly preferred
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem solving, and result-orientation
- Demonstrate exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work fast and accurately
