Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop a strategy and analysis based on data to identify the most effective way to preserve the quality of users and identify fraudulent pattern/behaviour within the platform
- Proactively initiate ideas through collaborating with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Product teams to reach overall team goals
- Preparing detailed decks and reports pertaining to planning and operational metrics
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization for various ops processes
- Produce reports to update management on progress of fraud cases and platform health/quality
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Knowledge of SQL is a must and experience with Python/R is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience in data-heavy environment
- Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
- Prior working experience in E-Commerce / FMCG / Consultant or startup industries are strongly preferred
- Good communications skills and stakeholder management
- Strong in multiple tasks and able to manage projects end to end
- Fluent in English, ability to speak and write in another language is an advantage
