- Develop QA Processes & Procedures
- Direct day-to-day activities of QA Team
- Managing & controlling the timeline, ensuring QA team meets expectations & deadlines
- Identifying & Analyzing the QA Result to raise insights to all related stakeholders
- Reporting the QA process periodically (weekly & monthly)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. 2-3 years of QA Experience
- Experience in Team management, training and mentoring
- Experience in using Ms. Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
