Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee products within Travel category
- Define, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the Travel category
- Carry out analysis & survey to better understand partner requirements and behavior
- Identify, establish and grow other strategic partnership
- Analyze internal data to find possible category growth strategy
- Develop detailed business plan to drive category expansion
- Execute end-to-end projects
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 4-6 years of proven working experience in Business Development or Project Management roles, preferably in E-commerce, Tech or the Travel industry
- Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
- Driven and motivated
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Excellent communication capability in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good degree from recognized university
- Strong stakeholder management and enjoy managing multiple projects
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
