Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle mass recruitment process for Shopee Express Mitra Riders and Drivers (sourcing, screening, selecting candidates)
- Maintain HR Issues (employee relation, community, align with Ops team)
- Coordinate onboarding session
- General administration duties
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree from Psychology or Human Resource Management or other related major from a reputable university
- Have experience in Recruitment for 6 months - 2 years
- Energetic, mobile, and fast learner
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Domiciled in Kendari and willing to work from office
- Available to join as soon as possible
- Willing to be under contract based by 6 months
