Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Project Management
- Involve in gathering requirements, developing strategy, and pushing adoption for seller's shop management solutions
- Troubleshoot issues related to the shop management solutions and provide necessary quick fix before proper resolution deployed
- Build and maintain relationships with other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects in tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment
- Lead and execute ad-hoc projects related to seller operations
Seller Transformation
- Analyze seller performance metrics to identify and understand any issues related to their shop's operations
- Design and communicate solutions to optimize seller performance and solve their operational issues
- Track seller performance improvement and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions provided
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must have at least a bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience (strong project background), coming from FMCG, consulting, or eCommerce
- Fond working in full English-speaking environment
- Strong skills in analytical and numerical (metrics-driven), stakeholder management, and project management
