Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for operational day to day activity in the Fraud department
- Supervise and monitor agent's performance
- Maintain communication inside and outside the department
- Responsible to generate regulatorily or any fraud-related report
- Involvement in process improvement within the Fraud area
- Able to identify new fraud modus operandi and suggest an improvement
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 (three) years experience in Financial or Banking Industry
- Preferably have consulting experience
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to details and organizational skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast pace
