- Administer all hard copy document of the customer and properly store as part of the compliance policy.
- General office management for customer service needs

- Min. 2 years of working experience in the contact center industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Strong organization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
