- Analyze and identify system error in the daily payment transaction
- Analyze daily report settlement form 3PP and bank to ensure the reports are correct
- Reconcile digital banking transaction between payment and network
- Handle dispute and discrepancy transaction of virtual account and pay later
- Monitored the claim from Network
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines
- Experience in Banking and Digital Industry is prefered
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office application especially Excel
- Attention to detail and Problem solving skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Strong Analytical skills
