Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Act as a specialist for the product
- Give training to the other related teams when there is a new feature or product
- Do testing, troubleshooting issues, creating SOP, etc
- Work on administrative task of the product
- Maintain existing app products (product management)
- Work closely with Software Engineers, QA Engineers and Designer on feature and UX/UI implementations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor or Master Degree from a reputable University with outstanding academic achievement
- 1 - 2 years' experience of product management or product owner, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Internship experience in the e-commerce industry or product management is a plus
- Speak one of the languages besides English: Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, in order to communicate more efficiently with teams from one of our markets
- Preferably someone who has a design background
