Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Take recording sampling from Desk Collection agents.
- Analyze and evaluate agents' job performance based on data and recommend action.
- Provide reports related with quality score of all agents on ongoing basis.
- Provide coaching for agents.
- Regular calibration with trainers and team leads.
- Regular morning briefing with desk collection team.
- Handle ad hoc QA related works.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Diploma degree from any major.
- Collection oriented, Outbond Call, Live Chat/WA
- Min. 1 year of working exp as QA.
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Good teamplayer, calm, adaptable, and agile.
- Able to join immediately.
