Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise and score the work of content agents in screening
- Provide reports related to the quality score of all agents on an ongoing basis (weekly, monthly)
- Calibrate with regional about findings in QA screening (daily and weekly)
- Do problem-solving to any cases related to screening
- Do QA calibration and monitor closely agents who are underperformed
- Do ad-hoc projects
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Bachelor degree from any major
- Min. 1 year of experience working in the Tech industry
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Detail-oriented and has strong analytical skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic targets
- Has good communication skills
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
- Willing to be placed in the Yogyakarta area
