Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead visits to seller's site to improve seller operations and conduct deep-dive analysis to identify optimization suggestions
- Review and evaluate KPI of field supports and regularly check in their performance
- Maintain seller's operations portfolio and ensure sellers achieve excellence over time
- Build, lead and drive team of your own to achieve the above objectives
- Together with product team, create product and feature pipeline for Warehouse Management System (WMS) built for sellers
- Conduct market intelligence to maintain competitiveness and relevance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. bachelor degree from a reputable university, master degree is a plus
- More than 4-5 years of working experience
- Work experience in a startup industry is highly preferred
- Preferably someone who has an entrepreneurship background
- Strong analytical thinking, independent and highly driven
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication in English is a must
- Strong leadership skills and a good team player
