Deskripsi Pekerjaan
This is a great start for you who plan to begin a career in Organization Development especially in the technology platform industry. The focus of this internship will be to help support the Organizational Development team in accomplishing OD project. This will include:
- Help organize and prepare communications for various initiatives, including organization reviews, talent development initiatives, and other OD programs
- Assist and provide support in content ideation and creation in creating presentations, Meeting materials and reports as assigned
- Get exposure through regular discussion and communication with leaders of teams and departments related with assigned project
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Currently pursuing or recently finished a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Daily use of Microsoft excel, powerpoint and Google forms
- Communicate effectively; eager to ask for help and seek out expert advice when needed
- Has strong attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage and prioritize requests
