Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conceptualize and develop new gamification mechanics to engage users and optimize previous mechanics
- Manage and plan financial aspect of gaming campaign in eCommerce
- Ensure profitability of each gaming unit
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns
- Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance
- Build, lead and drive a team to achieve above objectives
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. 5 years of work experience in either management consulting, internet, or eCommerce marketing
- Have experience in rolling out gamification strategies
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- Good team player and capable leader
