Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for company's IT hardware and software request analysis, vendor sourcing, negotiation and procurement
- Responsible for office IT asset management including tracking, auditing, and reporting
- Work closely with local IT Helpdesk team and Singapore IT commercial team on information synchronization and process alignment
- Verify IT-related monthly recurring bills with beneficiary from business teams
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years of experience on commercial administration in IT field
- Outstanding English communication and people management skills, able to manage stakeholders
- Able to work independently based on established processes and policies
- Good documentation skills
- Excellent performance in teamwork, with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
