Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. May also handle employee relations, performance tracking, coaching, and training.
- Consult with executives to identify needs and preferred qualifications
- Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
- Validate applicant references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Hire or refer qualified candidates
- Conduct new employee orientation
- Process paperwork
- Consult with executives and people managers to identify key performance indicators (KPI)
- Consult with executives on the performance review process and consequences arising from the reviews
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Hardworking and driven
