Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menulis dokumen dan melakukan riset terkait pengembangan dan manajemen produk web/ app.
- Melakukan survey, interview dan focus group discussion kepada user.
- Menyusun laporan produk & business plan secara berkala untuk arah pengembangan & monetizing produk.
- Secara aktif berkolaborasi secara internal dengan tim produk, programmer & manajemen serta pihak eksternal seperti user, klien & regulator.
- Menyajikan hasil riset yg telah dilakukan ke dalam bentuk UI/UX design yang berdampak bagi user.
- Mengidentifikasi dan memecahkan masalah menggunakan UI/UX tools.
- Membuat user flow, storyboards, wireframe, prototype, dan mockups
- Merancang elemen UI dan design guideline secara berkala
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang ini setidaknya selama 3 tahun dan memimpin tim desain/produk setidaknya selama 1 tahun.
- Memiliki sertifikasi terkait hard skill (agile development/design thinking/tools) maupun soft skill (management/strategy/leadership/communication, dan sebagainya).
- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik terkait HTML dan CSS.
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di EduTech / Startup Company menjadi nilai tambah.
