Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Attend to employees’ medical and health needs as they occur on the job
- Apply first aid remedies to injuries
- Refer employees to further medical consultation and/or hospitalization as may be required
- Report to management incidents or circumstances that result in or may result in injury or threat to employee safety
- Dispense medicines and medication as may be necessary
- Control medicine inventory and request for replenishment as may be required
- Maintain the clinic, ensuring sufficiency of emergency equipment and supplies, and cleanliness
- Upon prior approval, conduct home visit on injured or sick employees, and submit report on the same
- Conduct lectures on health and safety in the workplace
- Provide counseling on personal health and hygiene
- Monitor and submit report on employee attendance – casual direct, probationary, and regular employees
- Perform other health and safety related jobs as may be required
- Assist Annual Physical exam yearly (for regular employer)
- Assist company physician during company visit twice a month
- Conduct first Aid Training every two years in coordination with the Philippine Red Cross
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing equivalent (Board Passer)
- Male/Female not more than 35 years old
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be a registered nurse
- Willing to work in Malabon Area, Brgy. Tinajeros
