Quality Assurance Analyst  

In-charge of analyzing the quality and producing reliable results of samples from copra deliveries, daily production, process control, export and local sales and special project.

Responsibility and Accountability

• Performs daily tests in accordance with standard methods on raw/in-process materials and different products and subsequently reports results accurately to Supervisor for Oil Mill and Refinery
• Conducts daily routine quality testing of stocked products in anticipation of possible export or local sales.
• Conducts special tests as requested by superiors.
• Prepares standard solutions and reagents required in daily tests and monitors regular standardization.
• Take charge of equipment maintenance and regular specification check-up.
• Reviews works of production/process sampler and recommends corrective actions to superiors when necessary.
• Assumes responsibility of overall equipment and material/supplies in the scheduled shift.
• Carry out other functions ascribed by superiors.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

• Compliance to the company's Organic certification, Kosher, Halal and HACCP requirements.
• Compliance to Plant Sanitation, Good Manufacturing practices, Safety, Environmental
• Compliance to Code of Ethics.

• Must be aBachelor's degree graduate of BS in Food Technology or any related course
• At least 6 months to 1-year experience in the Quality Assurance
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft office applications
• Keen into details
• Knowledgeable in latest information regarding Food Technology
• Must be residing near First Coconut Manufacturing, Inc. Km 9 5, Sasa, Davao City
