- Assess the integrity of the existing towers of Smart/Sun/PLDT/Piltel etc. considering incoming/new future projects.
- Conducts In-House structural investigation of towers using STAAD/MS Tower and other software's and preparation of loading calculation (dead load, wind load of panel/ mw antennas and tower members)
- Conducts In-house structural investigation of foundation using STAAD Foundation and checking for SBC, overturning, sliding, etc.
- Recommends if existing structures are OK for installation of proposed loads, Retrofitting, Tower Conversion, needs Additional tower or for Structural Investigation
- Suggest/ Recommends other options to fast-track transport and access installation in case existing towers are not ok for a new installation.
- Prepares, review and update Standard Specifications based on National Structural Code of the Philippines (6th Edition), National Building Code of the Philippines, and other international references.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be Licensed Civil Engineer preferably with MS Structural Degree.
- Should be an expert in Structural Engineering trade preferably tower and building structure
- With 2 to 3 years or more experience in designing steel and concrete structures
- With expertise in AutoCad Staad and MS Office literate
- Knows telecoms civil engineering standards.
