- Mitigate SME churn and facilitate in all inbound and outbound after sales requests
- Payment reminders via call-outs for all SME accounts on redirection or those who’ve entered billing treatment
- Re-contract all expired and qualified SME contracts for a new contract period. Upsell and upgrade services offered to help increase revenue contribution to the business.
- Do call outs and customer meeting to facilitate or assist client concerns relative to re-contracting application and all other after-sales concerns
- Manage and coordinate with internal groups to facilitate service reconnection, restoration, and settlement of payments
- Conduct customer call out to support Loyalty Program for identified customers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any business related courses
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be proactive, highly organized and a team player
- Must possess leadership skills
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Applications especially in Excel
- Customer service and employee relations skills
