- Perform an end to end process of Human Resources Management
- Monitoring of Servflex 201 system.
- Sourcing for quality applicants from different sourcing platforms.
- Interview applicants with sound judgment.
- Orienting qualified candidates for deployment to different clients nationwide.
- Account Management - monitoring all request and complains of client from time to time.
- Employee Relations - attend to all queries and request of employees.
- Attend to other errands that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a Bachelor's degree graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Business Administration in Management or any related course
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
- Pleasing personality
- With at least related work experience in a Human Resource Department
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office application
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast pace environment of Human Resource
- Knowledgeable in Account Management
- Willing to be deployed in Makati City and/or Mandaluyong City
