Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to book of accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions
- Standard journal entries
- Analyze daily banking transactions and journal entries
- Payroll reconciliation
- Prepare monthly sales reports into excel spread sheet for analysis
- Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
- Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Review monthly, quarterly BIR reports (withholding tax expanded, withholding tax compensation, and vat)
- Prepares monthly financial statements and analysis reports.
- Consolidates working papers and other specifications to support financial statement reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With a Bachelor's / College Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any other related course.
- With intermediate - advance level of proficiency in computer skills.
- Detail oriented with strong technical and analytical skills in account reconciliation, books of accounts, etc.
- With at least 1 year experience in general accounting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong initiative to address concerns and problems.
- Willing to work in Paranaque
