Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that can show 10X growth, with healthy MRR and ARR forecast as KPI targets
- Sets, implements and monitors the Sales Team's KPI
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a new B2B sales team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with them and understand their needs
- Ensures client retention.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Implement and monitor an effective performance-tracking system
This position will soon be required to report in our Quezon City office after re-location.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess ideally a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies / Sales
- At Least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must have prior experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise sales selling or Membership Acquisitions
- Strong business acumen, business negotiation, business development and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, training, and people management skills
