Responsible for analyzing data to support analytic needs of the Credit Card, Consumer, and Fraud Team. The function includes the following :
Credit Cards and Consumer:
- Analyzing data and implementing new initiatives for acquisitions, retention activities, and cross selling
- Coordinating with the sales units of both credit cards and consumer finance on their MIS needs
- Understanding the drivers of profitability across products and provide insights and feedback on both revenue initiatives and cost reduction.
Fraud:
- Determination and analysis of fraud trends and patterns of Credit Cards.
- Establishing fraud areas and weakness in order to provide mitigating action plans and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in Credit Card industry
- With background and experience in SAS programming
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
