Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of AB / BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or any business-related course
- 5 years recruitment experience in various industries ( Food & beverage / Service)
- 2 years of general exposure to HR functions on a supervisory level
- Basic knowledge on various HR facets (recruitment, employee relations, comp & benefits, training)
- Candidate Sourcing, Interviewing & Profiling
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Interpersonal Savvy
