Responsible for leading and conducting the coordination of software development activities throughout the project, including key design decisions, structure, and configuration of the system. Monitor team performance and activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Help team to work together and get the best results. This would involve but not limited to delegating the tasks, monitoring the team’s performance, completing paperwork and handling complaints.
- Monitor, support and mentor the Junior Developers when needed.
- To be flexible and responsive at all times to meet the changing needs of the client/s.
- Designs and analyzes program logic to produce quality systems and programs.
- Implements and installs finished software developments.
- Tests and reviews development output if end results meet development specification (QA); modifies program when needed.
- Documents all development initiatives being done.
- Checks application and server status to maintain service level to clients.
- Special projects and assignments when required.
- Maintain confidentiality.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent;
- At least 2-5 years Software, Application, Web Development experience;
- ASP.net, C#, .NET, MVC and MS SQL.;
- Basic knowledge in web development (JQuery, HTML, CSS, Javascript and bootstrap);
- Ability to read and edit existing code;
- Must have good communication skills in written and spoken English;
- Must have good interpersonal skills, must be a team-player;
- Candidate should be comfortable in a small programming team environment and be able to work with minimal supervision;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
