Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead project planning and implementation.
- Define project tasks and resources requirement.
- Plan and schedule project timeline.
- Gather requirement from User and Stakeholder, then coordinate with Business Analyst to design the best solution.
- Create schedule for each project and ensure project delivered in scope, on time, and on budget.
- Design the workforce for each project, range live preparation, and live support plan.
- Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.
- Present report defining project progress, problem, and solution.
- Manage day to day activities, report and relationship for project, both internally and externally.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
- At least 4 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have an experience in Banking Sector project is a plus
- Have knowledge of PMBOK, Draft of Budget (RAB), and Software Development Lifecycle.
- Have a knowledge in Scrum & Waterfall method
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent oral, written communication skill, leadership skill and team work.
- Able to work under required time and pressure.
